By accessing this website or registering for any ICME Academy course, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Registration is confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment as specified for each course. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the course start date to be eligible for a refund, minus any administrative fees. Cancellations made after this period may not be refundable.
ICME Academy reserves the right to reschedule, modify or cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient enrollment or trainer availability. Registered attendees will be notified as early as possible.
CPD / CME accredited certificates are issued only to attendees who complete the full course requirements, including any hands-on or practical components.
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally during live demonstrations and hands-on sessions, in accordance with medical ethics and patient safety standards.
All course materials, recordings and content provided by ICME Academy remain the intellectual property of ICME Academy and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
ICME Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in our courses, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
